The initial Mandriva Club contract by monthly payment is for the duration of one year and is tacitly renewed for the following months. The amount of the monthly bank withdrawal is performed in function of the subscription level chosen by the Mandrivaclub member (Silver, Gold or Platinum). At the conclusion of the one year period, the membership subscription may be terminated by sending Mandriva an email to webmaster at mandrivaclub.com with the subject: [cancel monthly subscription].
Upon receiving this email, Mandriva will terminate the Mandriva Club monthly subscription and will end the monthly withdrawals.
Every point concerning the application of the present terms and conditions of sales, and all points related to order and payment do apply to "download products".
The service constituted by the time limited access to our servers in order to download a product is subject to no delivery or transfer of risks.
A right of retractation if offered to You in the same conditions as in the Return Policy
